That's right, this year for the first time ever I tried to do my Christmas shopping early. After hearing about the Wal Mart guard who was trampled to death, and the gunfight at Toys 'R' Us, perhaps you better stick with the old fashioned crowded, harried, let's-get-it-over-with running-late-as-slydiusual crowd!
And don't you know that if you play their game they will keep moving up the "black Friday" day until Christmas shopping begins the day after Halloween. We already are getting the ads, let's try to make them hold off for the early bird specials at least until the Friday after Thanksgiving!
